Need help with info on this artist

[kenstein]

Nice painting. I spent a half hour searching, but I have nothing to help. I do believe that the last name is Tkatch, not John T. Katch. There is plenty of info about Kim Tkatch (male) , an artist born in Ukraine and emigrated to Israel. Maybe this will help, maybe not.
