can you get some dimensions and weight on the coin and best guess on metal type. Also if you put with a modern coin it helps for us to get a idea of size.

That looks like the reverse of a Connecticut copper - with the "ET LIB" legend. It needs to be rotated a little.

I think you nailed it .You can see the arm up with spear(staff) next to the E. Amazing I.D.

Either a Connecticut or Vermont copper for sure, both have the same reverse legend and seated figure. It looks to me like it may be one of the ET LIR varieties of Connecticut copper where the B in LIB looks more like an R but just can't tell from the pictures.
