Making Possum with raccoon dumplings in the crock pot sounds even better! Little greasy but always tasty.
Definitely if you want the meat tenderized or no time to slow cook it. If slow cooking, and not in bear country I would cook it outside or your home may not be livable for a few day...the stink does not represent the quality of meat.
Or he was picked up by these stinking aliens and is somewhere in deep space being probed by those weird green creature with a big grin on his face! Let's hope he makes it back safely.
