We are in trouble,,
I went to SHEETZ for breakfast. They have a Daily, (6 A.M. to 10 A.M.), breakfast special. I usually get (2 ), scrambled egg with bacon and cheese on an englush muffin sandwich for $4. But today the computers were down. OMG!! None of the cashiers knew how to put in an order using a pencil and paper. DUHHHH!!

Drained, cleaned and now filling hot tub. Back breaking work for something I don't even use.

My knees hurt when it rains.

3 cups mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, egg, and basil. Stuff cooked manicotti with the mixture. Spread about 2 cups pasta sauce over the bottom of baking dish. Arrange stuffed manicotti in the dish, and cover with remaining sauce. Bake 375 and enjoy!
