Detector(s) used
AT Pro,
Primary Interest:
All Treasure Hunting
I got my detector Friday for my birthday and managed to try a few places out this weekend. I had limited success with coins and excellent success with trash. I had an hour break for lunch so went to a nearby freshwater beach. The parks folks had put down a new layer of sand, so pickings were slim. I wandered down a nearby trail and found the ring between a nail and a pulltab. I know I will be digging every signal. The image with 3 coins was a pocket dump I found in the woods. It was a solid hit just off the trail and all 3 came from the same hole.

Groovy ring. :headbang: Is that a 10k in there?
Oh yea, Happy B-Day

Hey! CONGRATS! I remember my 1st ring it was a silver ring with a cursive T on it.

Yes, it is three toned gold 10K. Dug it about 1.5 in down. The soil is pretty bad. I hit morraine rock and it was on top of the rock bed.

Gold on your first time out , that's a great start !!! :headbang:
