stopped at an opp shop after detecting today & found this uranium glass bowl/container i"v been on the look out for some of this stuff for a wile, i just love the way it glows under UV light cost me $4 Aussie also got a origanal Swiss army knife with all the do dads for $9

thats also called vaseline glass....looks like a refrigerator dish....nice score.....i buy all that i can find too

Marty your probably right that it"s a refrigerator dish i found out about this type of glass wile researching some carnival glass & i liked the look of it & have been on the hunt to find some for a wile.
i hope to get a few more bits then set a cabinet up with a UV light, it"ll look cool

bit of a update it is a butter dish missing the lid, i saw one last weekend with the lid that was half the size ( my one is quite large ) they had big $$ on it so i didint buy it.
