Nice hat badge, broken point, and "hit me twice"

Maybe I should be hunting a different park ! 2 more pot pipes, and a Hat badge from a High School. Because it's concave, I'm wondering if it isnt off of a band uniform hat. It is an older one, that is pretty ornate. The shield has me confused, because it almost looks like a security guard's badge also. Anyone else have an idea ? The broken point came from a field I hunted later in the day, after the park. No good coins today.
