Went out today looking for old bottles in a 1940's - 1970's dump. Came across this nice Rawleigh's medicine bottle, and man does it look OLD. From what I've searched, I believe this bottle is 1910's or 1920's, which doesn't make much sense for a 1940's - 1970's bottle dump.

So... How old do yinz think this bottle could be?

It has thick aqua glass and an inserted top from what I believe (the seem doesn't go the whole way up the bottle)

The mild seam ends half way up the neck so I think your bottle is pre 1900 by a bit. What is it doing in a later dated dump, was probably laying around and got thrown out 40 yrs past it best due date. Nice recovery.
