Nickel Box Triple Tri-fecta

Ive been doin nickels ALOT lately there my passion.......NO MONEY......but alot more fun, and alot more keeps

But this last box i did this weekend was a WINNER !

3 Vs 1903,1906, 1906
3 Buffs 1918 ( i had to nic-a-date ) but i needed it for my book so im glad i did 1927, & 1935
3 Silver 2-43p's 1 43S

AND the big winner was a double clipped planchet 1968-S with the clips at 2 & 10 i sold it to my coin dealer for $20 i sure hope thats a good price....the nickel had at least 3 steps on the reverse so it was in pretty good shape !

No idea on the CP, but a great nickel score

If you was happy with the price you got for it then it was a good deal. All it costed you was .05. So you made $19.95 off the deal better then silver price.....Matt

Awesome box! With all these 'V' nickels people are finding lately, i wouldn't be surprised if someone posts a shield nickel soon.

I think that was a good deal. Heck, anytime you can get 400 times face value is great! Thats better than silver right now Anyway, that was a great score!

See them going for less than that and more than that one feebay. Really depends on the condition but im with everyone else. Turning .05 into 20.00 is awesome.
