Have you tried a different brand of detector?

In the past yes both my Whites coinmaster & my sovereign worked there.
I got early indians there years ago

Jim's whites & my explorer both had problems last year.
still no way to know if wires were buried recently

Are there cellular relay towers close to the location? I know my Minelab is great at eliminating EMI for power lines, but one site I tried to hunt has a cell tower on it, and it is basically un-huntable because of it.

:icon_scratch:Don't think so but I'll have to check :icon_thumright:

I definitely followed a couple lines underground though.
they hit like a coin, but when trying to find an end, they proved to be lines
possably inside copper or more likely aluminum pipe

LOL Dale !

what's odd now that I think about it, the red lines are the Electric lines I Found,
yet the whole area within the Yellow has high EMI's & there are no reason for underground lines
in the field east of the Buildings.

Of course if you look close there is a line that runs accross

cell tower (or alien base underground) may be it

I think every state has it's own form of "call before you dig" services. In OK it's free. You call an 800 number, give them the location and they come out and mark all the utility lines so you don't damage any during construction, etc. Call and have them mark that property! You'll find out for sure if there are any underground wires or pipes.
