There's nothing I like more than cooking for 200 to 500 of my closest friends .
Just remember... It takes a lot of beer to BBQ....
And...while I can run this smoker by myself...it takes 4 people to run it at capacity... aka...100 racks of ribs every 4 to 5 hours.. Or 80 Boston Butt's in 10 hours...
I use wireless thermometers so I guess we can mix them up and cook em all at the same time...
