I've been checking this site out for a while, and I'm really pleased with what
I've seen. I've been reluctant to share anything because everyone around here talks in whispers about points and such, but I would love a place to share my finds and get some advice on things. That said anyone have an idea what this is made out of? I've never seen anything so translucent around here besides quartz(whicch this might be) It's from martha's vineyard Ma. Thanks much

Lmao. Forgot about that point[emoji1]. I’ll see if I can find it again. Funny thing. I haven’t been on this forum in forever. Moved on the m detecting but still look for points. So a few weeks after I found this one on one side of a small saltwater inlet I found the source stone on the other side where there was lots of habitation. Gave that piece to a local native archie. Haven’t seen it since lol. I’ll shoot him a text and see if he knows where it is

Even funnier is w this whole corona thing I was bored and happened to hit this section of tnet and scrolled down about five pages and saw my post🤣
