I was out at a collapsing farm house here in Hooper Nebraska US Having permission from the owner of course. Running the detector around the house, I found a few coins nothing noteworthy. So I took a chance and took the detector inside when I got near a vent hole it went off. I figured it was the metal vent but I took a chance put on my gloves to avoid the spiders went shoulder deep and pulled out this.

I've discovered the top ones worth being between $500-700 probably more than any coin I would have found on site in that area. ;D I found several other old cap guns appraised between $65 and $400 from the 40's and 50's.

Wow, awesome capguns. Like the ones I had in the 1950's, wish I still had them.

Wow, now those are some cool finds! Look practically brand new, too! Good save on some items that would have been lost forever! :icon_thumleft:

those are cool. congrats

Were those all in one package......if so, what kind of pkg/box were they in?
Man, I have never seen anything pulled from the ground with so little/none at all ground rot evidence.
I can remember some like those......I shot all the bad guys with mine....probably a few of the good guys, too......:)
Thanks for posting. Takes me back a few years.

Awesome discovery. :o

For a split second I thought those were real :tongue3: WTG on finding those! They look Really Cool :icon_thumright:

CHEERS :coffee2:

wow cool find what ammo does it take

Amazing finds! Such excellent condition. I'm imagining that the kid who owned them considered the vent space his or her secret "safe" to store these in when not playing with them. Then maybe forgot as he grew up. Also I'm glad the building didn't fall in on you. HH Andi
