Not giving up yet!!!

Got up at 5 to get ready to hunt a field. When I got to the field it was 37 degrees and wind was blowing about 15 to 20 miles an hour. Needless to say I only lasted about 15 mins. I'm not ready to put my detector away for the winter I hope we have more time up here in NW Ohio. Good luck everyone.


For all you guys in the cold part of the country ... If you get one of these, you can get your MD Finds all winter long :)

Yeah, your right, and you would need to drag a generator and air compressor with you also. That's a bit much to put in a backpack

I've done well on sledding/skiing/tubing hills in the snow- when its not windy & between 25&40 degrees. targets are in snow, not the frozen ground-usually--those in the ground forget yhem till spring.
