Odd symbol on old flat button

[relic lover]

I dug this at a very old cellar hole. I was cleaning it up to look for a back mark and there was none then i noticed what looks like an all seeing eye on the front real small. I never saw anything like it so I got out the micro cam and got some pics to post. Anyone ever heard of anything like this?? The button is about 3/4 of an inch and the "eye" is about 3 mm high.
