Best Ican get is a qao on the first part nothing on the last but there was some words/word seems to be like a picket fence going across the top about 2/3,s of the tokens top half.

You might try electrolosis to bring out the details.

If you take the picture outdoors in daylight and use a background besides white (blue is good) you will get better results. I tried to fix your pics but I cant help much.

I just found the same item in Central Michigan. Maybe these pix will help the identification process. It seems like you guys saw letters, but I do not.
