I went out this evening and wonder around a bit. I picked up a nice scraper and a few pieces of pottery. As it began to get dark I started back to my car. It was one of those "did I see that" moments.

I'll post photos of the other stuff later. This one needs to be by itself.

I, with all my heart believe in the spirit. This may sound crazy, but I catch myself talking to the spirit in the field.

Thanks for for all the nice comments and also for the votes to try to get it on the banner. I enjoy sharing the things I find with you, especially when it's a piece like this.
I know we're very spoiled when it comes not only the quantity of the things we find at the site we hunt but also the quality. I knew this one was something special the moment I picked up. It's always gratifying when you "american indian artifact" tneter's think so too.

Thanks, found tbe scraper a few weeks back. The spirit revealed itself when I tried to get the translucent photo of it.
