✅ SOLVED Old medicine bottle ???? Date????

I think this may be an old medicine bottle but would like to know ballpark date? Any help will be appreciated greatly!!!

It says 2 1/2 oz on top rim. It has a 15 on the bottom and 5313 around the bottom rim along the side. No other markings. Found in an old town bottle dump near the river. No threads on top.

Im thinking 1920's or newer, had a paper label. Don't know if it is a med or not. I am 100% positive its not 1800's.
