I'm no expert but, if I was to hazard a guess . . . I'd say 15th century. :icon_scratch:

Maybe even older than 15 century Nice find is it pure gold or 18 K

Re: old ring ? 2 more rings !! both the same ...strange strange

Maybe a trick by the camera but on the second set of pictures the second photo down looks like there is a different base metal.

Really interesting ring...good luck in finding some answers to your questions.

Personally, I'm thinking if you really want to find the meaning of the symbols, your best bet is to find a really good occultist or occult shop/dealer.

Re: old ring ? 2 more rings !! both the same ...strange strange

The marks in the ring could be the wave motion moving the ring over the rocks and sand , and that has dented it and worn away some of the metal on the ring . It does look very old.

And you need to contact a University or Museum , that way you will have someone who knows what they are talking about and what they are doing to help you find out about the ring.
I think you will be safe doing this and that way you will not be going to local places were the story can get around to people that you would rather not know of the find .

Send and email to one of these places with the photos and ask , I bet they get back to you on this and help as they will want to know as much as the rest of us here . And if it is something special they will go a long way in helping you with this matter.

And if it is verified as special and worth a lot of money then go and get insurance on it so if it is stolen or what every you will not lose the value of the ring. Or put it in a box at a bank .

Re: old ring ? 2 more rings !! both the same ...strange strange

thanks daedalus for your precious informations, i will do so

i have more information about the pentacle

it seem to be some protective esotheric sign draw by some french guys 'gaston bourgeat' (seem to have drawn the 'alphabet sacré' and the 'pentacles') and "l'abbé juliot" (famous french priest) about 18XX /start 19XX.

seem to be judaic-christian-gnostic-platon-egypt atlantide related ( just a little exagerate :laughing9:)
.
the pentacle representing the 4 element s (water fire earth air) and a fifth element at the top surrounded by a circle "the dominant spirit on the 4 element" (see some picture below). the writing translated means "TE TRA GRA MA TON"seem to be related to god , YHWH, ELOHIM, ADONAî ,jehovah

therefore the precise age of the ring are still unknow. and why and who loose this ring on a carribbean beach ?
the cipher in the front is still in studies and the mails sent to differents museum and history proffessors, some are on theyre way. some hasnt been answered yet.

:read2: :read2: :read2:

for the 2 silver rings , no more clues. it seem to be handmade as they are not really identical, no write on it , just this weird form or sigle , and loosing 2 rings identical if that is not strange ! :icon_scratch: :icon_scratch: :icon_scratch:

we ve fouhd some more stuff on this beach i showing you that too, maybe a flash or an idea for someone ?

we're totally swimming in "da vinci code here" :icon_scratch: :icon_pirat: :icon_thumleft: ??? :laughing7: :dontknow: :read2: :coffee2:Sethi.

The globus cruciger (Latin, "cross-bearing orb") is an orb (lat. globus) topped (lat. gerere = to wear) with a cross (lat. crux), a Christian symbol of authority used throughout the Middle Ages and even today on coins, iconography and royal regalia. It symbolises Christ's (the cross) dominion over the world (the orb), literally held in the dominion of an earthly ruler (or sometimes celestial being such as an angel). When held by Christ himself, the subject is known in the iconography of Western art as Salvator Mundi ("Saviour of the World"). It is associated with the sceptre.

This is from wikipedia. Talking about the symbol in the center of your pent.
Full article:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globus_cruciger

I've also seen wikipedia mention it briefly as the astronomical symbol for Eris, which is a dwarf planet. The symbol is an inverted version of the Venus symbol, which is fitting because Venus is the goddess of love, where as Eris is the goddess of chaos.

Interesting good for you. Keep us posted. :icon_thumright:
