Hit a private house that is in close proximity to a long lost early 1700s house found this 1786/87 NJ copper (rough shape ) then found this beautiful ring unfortunately it’s broken but really neat . If anyone can help date it I would appreciate it thanks ! 7566CCCA-3F63-4236-9B85-EED21313EB07.jpeg 7566CCCA-3F63-4236-9B85-EED21313EB07.jpeg AF1310FB-BC45-4140-A897-171FECCEF6C3.jpeg 49951F88-6040-4932-A2CB-05F5DD267640.jpeg C067B721-E1B4-4197-85E8-FEC76CE47D8A.jpeg

The ring is likely Navajo made , in New Mexico or Arizona . Without a hallmark it's difficult to assign a precise date- but it looks to me to be anywhere from the 1950's -1970's. Nice find !

Great ring I'm still looking for my first copper that's a nice hunting spot dating back to 1700s I would dig everything there
