hi all. im new to posting here so i hope i get it right. i went detecting july 2 in the park woods.i noticed tree stumps sticking up 3 inches all over.started detecting around stumps and 3 ft.away i found first silver dollar 1881 morgan,walked in to the woods and found my 2nd.silver dollar 1878 s, that was 15 feet away from the first.i detected around some more stumps and 3rd morgan silver dollar.i just couldnt believe it.
ive only found one all the years if been detecting.the 1879 has a toped off letter L stamped on it.
well i was back to the same sight on july12 found 3 older silver coins wich will be in my next post.hay im still smiling,happy hunting.
