That "Carson City" silver spoon is really sweet. I just love hand engraved silver items.

The spoon could be heated and straightened, I'd have a professional do it. Congrats R13!

Nice old spoon. Be nice to see when you are done with it.

I'm going to see if I can have it straightened locally but will most likely send it to the US for restoration...but I will definitely post the updated pics!

Now that's different... an early local silversmith. Pretty rare find considering early solid silver spoons are tough to find in general.


Silversmith has been ID'd as Alexander Munro in New Brunswick 1754-1828!
