old wheel experts needed

i dug an old wheel , only the bent rim was left, any experts on wheels, i sure could use some input on this one. i can take more pictures, ill be going back to locate any other metal parts that may still be buried there. thanks matty

One more and I am fairly convinced it is as said, wagon or buggy wheel, take a gander through the WAGON WHEELS link on the left.

Could even be a cannon wheel rim, will be listed in the link of pictures on the site.

cannons are what im looking for, i did see one at the saratoga battlefield that had a rim such as this, but im not sure about the six sided nuts on the studs . thanks for the input.

That would be a plus. Also, I don't recall, and I skimmed through quickly so I apologize if I missed it, if you tried to measure it as accurately as possible. This may give you what you are looking for faster than finding the hub.

wheel studs layout and measurements. circumfrance is rough due to rim has major bends where it collapsed.

i found the wheels you mentioned
