Found this today detecting. Anyone know how old this may be? Any info would be appreciated! Thank you!

My dad used locks like that on his "gang boxes" for his electrical contracting company, so I'm going with the area of 1970's - 80's.
 
If it is brass,, you need a few more before cashing it in.
