One Gravel Bar

Well we got some rain this morning. It stopped around 12 so by 2 I was out. I had no idea we got that much rain just today. Water was 4 feet deep crossing just to get to the 1 gravel bar I walked. Not much showing just a 20x30 land section. But this is what I found. If water hadn’t been so muddy I would have looked longer. Had a beaver out there smacking his tail scaring me to death. So quiet the wham of the tail on the water which is super loud.

Feels like I’ve Been waiting about 3 years for a good hard rain. I know what you mean about the beaver slapping its tail is surprisingly loud.
