On the way home I stopped at a spot that I have hit hard already. I managed to find a nice 03 Indian that clean up really well. It still has lots of detail and liberty is visible in the head band. I like when they have the bright green patina, that this one has. I also found a tiny gold plated ring. It is marked CHECO inside the band. I found all the round balls in a small area. The small ones still have a sprue on them. The bigger balls have a very odd appearance. With little flat marks all over the surface. Whats up with that? Has anyone ever seen that before? Its very odd and kind of looks like some one carved pieces off it. I was thinking maybe they were buck and ball. Can anyone enlighten me?
