One Toasted Copper! Any Thoughts?

Hiked about 2 hours today to find a 1910 wheat penny and one toasty old copper. No clue what it is but it kinda looks a tree or something on it. It very well could just be the way it corroded as well but figured this was the place that somebody would recognize something if it was there to be seen. I won't be holding my breath and the other side is much worse.

Haven't checked the photos in a while but with it the right way I'd does look like a mass copper. Congrats on a killer find. Where's mine?

I think you've had your share of killer finds my greedy lil friend :-) But the answer to your question is there all up here in Maine by my house

Never thought my first state copper would be a Mass. I am pretty psyched! Ugly or not it's a tough one to find. Thanks bud and I hope alls well my friend

Very nice find... I am from Mass, and have found 2 Mass Coppers one in tough shape and one ok...I know a lot of guys that would love to find one...Congrats

Thanks for all of the help and comments guys! Had a late night at work but did a bit of careful cleaning and got a but more detail on the eagle. His wings and head are getting more prominent and his tail feathers as well. At times in the right light I believe I can see a head and some legs on the other side but could just be my eyes playing tricks. Very happy to have this ugly old copper. A state copper was on my first years goals list. Didn't expect a Mass.

If you had been thinking eagle more then tree you wouldn't have got so mixed up. Be careful what you wish for. I bet you let that baby soak for about six months you'll see allot more detail on both sides. Now when your hunting think eagle and your tree will pop out of the ground! lol haaaa.

Ha yes I hope you're right bud. I do think with some time it might show some decent detail
