Opinion Wanted......

I found a 64 that has some rainbow toning and I am not sure it it is artificial or natural toning. I am leaning toward the artificial side but I am by no means an expert at this so I just wanted your opinion as well. Thanks in advance.

Try a little Windex... it worked for me.

Could be natural toning, silver coins will do that given the right, or wrong, storage conditions, it seems to be somewhat a selling point on old silver dollars. Check for some examples on ebay and compare your coin to them and see if it looks natural
