Organizing your leads

How does everyone here organize their leads (metal detecting, gold prospecting, treasure hunting, etc). Some ways that I have thought about are sheet protectors, three ring binders, and even laminating. Any ideas would be helpful. I am looking for a way to organize mine. Thanks for your input.
