Oura ring

This was an interesting find and since no one has ever posted one I thought I would. The ring is ceramic and the electronics measures sleep patterns that you can read using their app. They also have a FB page. The quirk I found was the charger.... you have to have it the same size as the ring.... about $60. Far more than to just by say a fitness watch that does far more.

Joe is is as alien as it gets for me.... tech is getting way over my head. I knew they were making ceramic rings but not with health tech in um. People get stupid and obsessive... adding all kinds of stuff to their diet just to watch thing change.
