Padre Larue or (laure)

HEY! We're a little off of the Padre La Rue Story. Albert O is mistaken unless every story about the location of the Padre La Rue gold I have ever read is wrong. As I posted in the Victorio Peak String:

"One days travel North of El Paso del Norte until you see three peaks. Upon first site of these peaks turn Eastward and cross the desert towards the mountains. In the mountains you will find a basin, where there is a spring at the foot of a solitary peak. On this peak you will find gold." Padre LaRue moved his flock to that basin. Nowhere near Victorio Peak which is near the Western Edge of White Sands Missile Test Range.

That description tends to fly in the face of THIS treasure being found in Ok. There may have been some other gold cache found there, but not Padre La Rue's.

Next, one of the west side Vaults, out in front of Filmore Canyon and north of La Rues Grave

It will be in the center of the picture
the hugh boulder with the dark green tree
on the north end of it. This is a double deposit, the first was 16 feet 8 inches down, then, a dig east up under the boulder to center, then down another 16 ft. 8in.
those people that I have taken to this hole
came out with no explainations to give
it is indeed a mindblower to see and ponder.

La Rue's riches mine, is within a one mile radius of Organ Peak

It is a Cavern with bars stacked as at Vicky Peak

I make that up,,,,NOT.

The 12 o'clock high entrance is sealed with a pile of rocks and boulders
the south entrance is in a crevice, hard to find and hard to see that it is an entrance.

the East entrance was a deathtrap
already triggered by some poor smuckface

caved in.

That name Rascione is out here Roger,on a map. And not too far from there is a giant shadow symbol of Two riders on one horse. I hope you can make it out here this winter. Id like to do some more field trips. I hope all is well with you.
