Does anyone have any idea who this artist might be? I have not been able to take it out the frame but thought someone might recognize the artists work. It is an oil on canvas. Thanks

Thanks now I have to find out if this is an original or reproduction. It appears to be pretty old and is oil on canvas. I hope it's original.

No need to be concerned about it being the original.
The original is located at the Hermitage Museum in Lennigrad.
