Painting - Signed - __Batdorf ????

[eventsmatters]

Hi I just found this painting and I could not figure out who is the artist? I could not read first two letters and others are BATDORF. It also says it was painted in 1983. If anyone can tell me anything about this painting will be helpful. Pictures are attached.

Thank You

Looks like it says "SAM" on dog tag?...if so, possibly owner had someone paint picture of their pet and might not be well known painter.

Check out Pat Batdorf. Contact her and show her the painting. It might say pat on the dog tag.
