How did you do I just got back to eastern nc where I am from panned out my clean up of material only a few specks nothing to write home about.
Want to go back in the spring with my daughter any spots to try anywhere and camp

So far I've only found a lot of blacksand but I'm planning on going deeper in the forest and see what I find.

I wish I could, got to save my time off for the baby coming this fall. Might be able to swing a few days though.

i have heard that there is permit for metal detecting. most of the people here are just saying the general information but they will never tell more.

if someone does not know, it is better not to push people away.

some here say there is a permit but dont give more information.
