This one just about has to be inspected by hand and backlit. I can't tell by the seams and a few companies made them like this. Could be Akro, Pelt, or Vitro. Shine a bright light through the base and see if there are filaments, faint wavy refractions like woodgrain, or nothing but a hazy base glass. Woodgrain pattern in the glass would be pelt. Filaments would be Vitro. Plain would be Akro.
