E-Bay owns PayPal and they both suck and I don't use PayPal anymore. I had a dispute a few years back on e-bay and of course with PayPal and it cost me an additional $75 to file the complaint and get them involved on the seller issues.

I have never had a problem in a lot of transactions. Usually a bind would be a result of the user, not Paypal, but I guess things can happen. Good luck.

I have quit using paypal and Ebay. I have a couple of buyers complain to paypal because they did not read my post correctly. So I had to give their money back and I lost money in both deals so I quit selling....Matt
