pendant?

I found this in a park located by my house in ca.
Shape: clover like, that comes to a point at the bottom.

Design: looking at it closely i noticed that it has a human body with what looks to be a horse or cyote head. Around the neck is a necklace holding what looks like a arrow head or bundle of grapes. If the necklace were on a full size human body it seems it would be the size of a graduation sash.

Size: Slight bit bigger than a nickel. and the thickness of a dime but very brittle feeling.

Please help!!! if any questions or more pictures needed please let me know!

wow thank you all. that was really fast. i didnt expect a reply that fast. another question though any guesses on the age? and are these still used?

I have just joined the wide world of metal detecting and this site is a really big tool to use.
