Yesterday I had a short hunt at my new permission. At the base of a dead standing tree I found a 1943 Merc then near an old pine tree I found a Uncle Sam 1950 kids play penny. 15 silvers fty and I surpassed last year's total. It seems like the NEL Thunder sniffs out a lot of silver dimes.

Today I met up with HighVDI for a hunt near a spot in the Neville Woods. A special thanks to pa-dirt_nc-sand who couldn't make it today but provided the lead.

A couple goodies were found. A broken cross and a 1906 Indian caked in dirt. I had trouble getting a decent pic of the Indian.

You are definitely working it hard. I only just found my first two silvers for the year this past weekend.
