Opps! releventchair, you must have posted as I was typing. Well, here's two minds that think alike

I remember The Sorrow and the Petey...Pretty good movie.

I want to know what happened to Austin ??
that's all I knew him as
he had a story about a squatch that scared him even to talk about/ I always wanted to hear the details

I am referring to one of our newest members.... PeteyGirl, a friend of mine in Tucson. I talked her into joining but now I think I have to talk her into posting also. She asked me for locations around Tucson to hunt. I said MANY here will happily help with the answer(s). I guess I would also like to know as she is going to count on my GENERAL knowledge of the ART of detecting but I don't know too much local knowledge in and around Tucson. Help us out, guys and gals. ╦╦Ç

OK, PeteyGirl, Your presence is requested so we can help you with your Detecting skills.

Town Without Petey? 😛

Petey has arrived. Not seeing anyone else's message to me, just your message. I'll figure out how to get around on this site soon. Cheers, Petey

I remember while running Petey in the service, we would sing cadence too.
I know a girl in Tijuana.
When I wanna,
she doesn't wanna.
(One of those I can print here.) ╦╦Ç

She's here! Oh, Lordy, what have I done?! ╦╦Ç

I'm here!!! This Newbie is looking for information on hunting in the Tucson area. Any suggestions?

Petey Girl, What machine are you using and is your interest in Coins, Gold, Relics, etc
If you don't want to dig a bunch of trash just Cherry Pick for Silver. Old parks, old Carnival sites, deserted train stations are good places to start. And don't forget large trees/stumps alongside old roads.
