Petrified Wood - Another "What is it?" from Washington's Puget Sound. Worked on one side, but not the other. Tip may be incomplete or messed up (?)

The side flaking in the first picture is definitely man made. I imagine it is a knife or scraper.

Thanks joshuaream ! Interesting that the side flaking is 90 degrees from the direction of the wood grain. I'll have to go back and look at some other worked pieces of petrified wood that I've found, and see if they purposely avoided flaking with the (petrified) wood grain or not.
