Guess it's a piece of jewelry, buckle or what??? is some sort of metal that didn't tarnish after being in the ground for aprox. 130 years. Appears to be iron studs sticking up, wonder if they held something or? With that center bar am wondering if a buckle of some sort. IMG_0477.webpIMG_0476.webpAnyone with ideas please post.

maybe a bronze Victorian sash buckle?
just a dumbwhiteguy guess.

Given the size of it and the flat bar in the center, I am going to guess that it is a hand made art-deco scarf slide.

I don't think they had a "Iphone" back in the Victorian era.. lol. Spam?
