I need some help with pinpointers....I've got a bullseye from whites but it almost has to touch the object to work...is this the norm or are there better ones out there?

The Merlin is the best stud finder I've ever used and it paid for itself many times over when I refinished my in-laws vacant house prior to marketing it.

, at most on your next target you would realize duh!! I left it laying at the last dig..
