I have found 5 of these in my back yard this summer.
This one today.
I think someone is throwing them over the fence.
Also thought the little Chipmunks were bring them and other things in.
I have found 5 q tips with ear wax on them and other plastic things.
I have put up animal cams and never caught any one throwing anything over the wood fence.
I would like to know what these are and what someone would use them for.
I thought maybe for explosive devices. DSCF0356.JPG DSCF0357.JPG DSCF0358.JPG

Looks like a corrugated hose. We had a small hose like that on our filter and pump for our Koi pond. Are they rigid (Hard), or soft/pliable?

Some older shower wand hoses were also corrugated.

The type of hose is probably from a dishwasher or washing machine discharge hose.(drain hose)

It looks like 3/4" ID corrugated PVC hose. It can be used for vacuum or pressure conveying applications. We use 1-1/2" to 3" to draw vacuum or convey material. Typically plastic pellets or flake in our industry.

Residential use is typically for water conveying. The small size makes me think ffuries koi pond guess is a pretty good one. It's really too small for most pool filters. They're typically 1 1/2" or larger.
