Please help me ID this button (solved)

Thanks for looking. I found this button earlier this week at one of my local school yards. It was about 6 inches deep. I wasn't able to get a match on google and thought maybe someone on here could help

Does anyone know what year(s) they started having the "marks" on buttons?

I sat for a couple of hours last night, looking at my buttons, and NONE, have those circular marks.

Im not even sure Beth what the circular marks are. They are some kind of latter 20th century mold mark possibly mold injection marks. I was hoping for verification and a dateline as well.
