Please help!

This item was found in a storage unit recently. She is made of metal with original paint and also has a hole on each end probably for mounting. Anyone come across one like this?
Age information and/or value would be appreciated.

Hmm I'm thinking scrolls, odd color for scrolls though. And placed hidden right behind her...
Well Sappho does appear with a scroll on occasion . And does have the more depressed face aswell in most examples.
And she was popular much more recently then the original muses..

Quite possibly a clock topper. They were mounted atop the old victorian era mantle clocks.
