Plectrum shaped bronze object

Found this today and don't know where to start. Just over an inch in lenght and made of bronze.

Fairly big for a coin weight, but with exact 10 Grams weight is an option. Never seen a weight with initials tho.

Thats by now the most possible application. But it looks too old to be a weight in metric system.
