I found this nice peace of history at a location of an old tavern. I could make a frame for it some day.

Excellent find! I can see the mark of Liege gun works in Belgium! (Oval mark on the side of your piece). Great find!

That's a top shelf recovery Brian-congrats!

My dad found this one back in the 1960s in earthworks at Cold Harbor. It had a tiny bit of solid wood grip still attached (the small section near the hammer) so he asked Raleigh Cassidy to fashion new grips, utilizing the good wood still there. Of course, shouldn't have been heavily cleaned and I wish they had left it "as is". But this was the 1960s and nobody cared! It's similar to yours, and believe it or not, they disassembled it, cleaned the innards, and this one is fully functional. Congrats on a great find!

Coool!!! Nice Piece!!! Congrats!!!

Nice finds and Display.

I have 2 or 3 of those pocket pistol barrels that I have found over the yrs.

They are a neat relic. Makes you scratch your head though on how many times that thing was drawn.
