Point type?

I need some help identifying this one. Sorry for the horrible picture, I'll try to get a better one in the daylight tomorrow.

I'd say it's had many resharpenings which has reduced it's size and shape from what it once was. Is it flat on the opposite side? Regardless, I think it has morphed into a drill, awl, or something of that sort with the tip broken off. It was hafted originally until the damage at the basal corner wouldn't allow that at some time later. My $.02.

Here are some better pictures. It's pretty flat on both sides and fairly thin. The base reminds me of a Harpeth River point I found several years ago a couple hundred miles from here. Thoughts?
