Wow - super interesting. Let us know if you can find the name(s) and additional information about the soldiers.

The Confederate POWS that died at Fort Delaware are bury at Finn's Point National Cemetery in New Jersey . You can get the names of the Confederate soldiers bury there buy contacting the cemetery. The cemetery is located in Fort Mott State Park in New Jersey.

The OP must of known the names of 2 soldiers already, to have known that they passed away at the 2 prisons, wouldn't he?

I figure the OP knows the names of his two family members. I was just saying where the cemetery of the POWS is and where additional info or records on family member could be found.

Thanks for the replies. The one that died at Andersonvile was John Gouff and the one that died at Ft. Delaware was Reuben Comer. John was captured at Duffields (sic) station and Reuben was captured at Spotsylvania.
