Preform,knife or other?

Finally!...sun and no rain on a weekend. I got out this afternoon and looked right next to the bank...there was nowhere else to look with the water up. I found this. I would love input. My guess was a preform knife. One side looks finished, the other has less flaking and one big divot. All the other parts and pieces I found aren't much to look at. Anyways...it was nice to get out.

could be a preform, or maybe a finished product good enough for the task ahead like scraping a deer hide. Looks basically like a uniface with very little activity on one side. I'ld say old, just not how old. There is probably more where that came out of the bank. Go back.
Anyway, Joe, a very nice find.

Looks like a bifaced knife. If I am correct the part that is circled in the second photo (circled) will most likely fit your thumb when held in a cutting manner.

Looks like a point to me. Maybe Morrow Mountain. It has a slight notch on one side so it could be a knife also.

Yes...just at normal level...truly full pool...although it rarely is this high actually in the summer since they tend to let it drop a bit....still pretty muddy with lots of debris and every ditch and dry run is still emptying into the lake....but it has obviously lessened a great deal.
